The purpose of this planning document is help organizations within Harvard conduct a DEIB self-assessment and identify a framework through which they may pursue and operationalize DEIB work to improve organizational culture and achieve Inclusive Excellence. A toolkit of sample first actions is offered as a guide for how to begin this important work within your organization.
