The Harvard College calendar includes University-wide and public events for faculty, staff, students, and the local community.
To submit an event via the Harvard College Calenadar:
1. Select "Submit Your Event" or visit the Harvard College calendar submission page.
2. Fill in the sections: Main Info, Description, Schedule, and Location
3. Upload a photo (minimum 940 x 557px). A photo description is required to ensure accessibility.
4. Under Filters go to Category and select "Diversity and Inclusion". Use the Audience filter for student-only events, otherwise leave blank.
5. Use the text field to request your security preferences:

By default, events that include Zoom links will be placed behind a HarvardKey login.

If you do not want your Zoom link behind a HarvardKey login, use the text field to note this preference.

If you want your in-person or non-Zoom events behind HarvardKey, please make this request in the text field.
6. Review your details and click Submit.

You should receive an email confirming your event submission.

Your event will be visible on the ODIB events page within one-two days of submission if approved.

If you have additional changes to your event after submitting, use the Edit Event button on the event page. This will send your event back to the pending queue for approval.
Many Harvard departments and offices use the Harvard College calendar. Your event may be published on calendars across the University depending on the other filters you selected.
Submitting an event via Harvard College calendar will not include your event in the Harvard Gazette Calendar.
