HEALING Attempt: A Music-Based Mindfulness Intervention for the Black Harvard Community

“HEALING attempt" is a music-based mindfulness intervention that aims to alleviate stress/anxiety and increase self-compassion within the Black Harvard community. We will develop the intervention with input from Black Harvard artists and conduct a study to assess the efficacy of "HEALING attempt” and to gather feedback. Finally, we will release "HEALING attempt" through major streaming platforms (i.e. Spotify), disseminate the intervention, and publish our results in the academic literature.
