Tim Harrigan serves as associate director for equity, diversity, and inclusion research and assessment. In this new role, Tim will develop the assessment program for ODEIB’s strategic priorities. He provides support for existing school- and unit-based data efforts, and serves as a resource for equity, diversity, and inclusion data analysis needs across the University.
In Tim’s previous role at Brown University, he developed annual progress reports on the institution’s diversity and inclusion efforts, created a comprehensive diversity data dashboard, and prepared analyses to support a variety of campus initiatives. He founded and served on the board of the University Rainbow Staff Alliance, a resource group for LGBTQ+ employees.
Tim has held roles in government, nonprofit, and academic settings. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Emmanuel College and a master’s degree in economic and social development from UMASS Lowell.
