The DIB Committee Toolkit was developed by the Harvard Office for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging to be used as a resource to support local unit diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) committees. This includes campus offices, departments, teams, programs, schools, and academic units.
It is designed to:
Guide the creation, planning and implementation of a DIB committee;
Assist with developing a strategic plan and measuring committee progress;
Provide tools and helpful resources for self-assessment and vision and goal-setting best practices;
Provide examples of successful DIB committee efforts.
